Melanie Barham, DVM, MBA, PMP

Founder and Principal Consultant

Melanie is a dynamic leader, speaker, and facilitator.   As a veterinarian and project management professional, Melanie brings a unique perspective to animal health problems.  She has a proven track record of delivering results through collaborative problem solving across a broad range of projects and sectors, including agriculture, veterinary, animal health, surveillance, vulnerable population work, startups, mature companies, not for profits, and brands.  

Melanie has served as CEO/Executive Director at 4 national and international organizations and companies, and has advised leaders, organizations, and teams, as well as coaching individuals navigating career change and advancing on their leadership journey.

Melanie believes in building relationships through trust and collaboration, breaking down barriers and creating an equitable path for others, and these principles are part of all projects she works on.  

She is a sought after speaker and consultant serving clients in North America and Europe.
