Meet the Founder

Melanie Barham DVM MBA PMP

Melanie Barham, DVM, MBA, PMP, Certified Coach

Founder and Principal Consultant

Melanie is a dynamic strategist, leader, and facilitator.   As a veterinarian and project management professional, Melanie brings perspective and industry experience to veterinary and animal health problems.  With an MBA in Sustainable Commerce, and formal certification as a coach (conflict, career, and business coaching subspecialties), Melanie's years of experience in strategy, scaling, and growing businesses and organizations are backed up by qualifications. She has a proven track record of delivering strategies that work, and collaboration through trust across a broad range of projects and sectors, including agriculture, veterinary, animal health, surveillance, vulnerable population work, startups, mature companies, not for profits, and brands.  

Melanie has served as CEO/Executive Director at 5 national and international businesses and organizations, and most enjoys creating strategy, and supporting leaders as they seek to lead well.

  She is a sought after speaker and consultant serving clients in North America and Europe.
