I love working with teams and leaders to help them achieve their wild and crazy ideas, make change happen, and bring ideas to life. I know first hand how it feels to be a leader, and what it's like to make changes in your career and how to create sustainability. I've supported professionals, teams, and organizations in making thoughtful growth happen, and helped them be authentic and grow trust while doing it. Big hairy problems are my favourite.
With a background in veterinary practice, an MBA in sustainable commerce, and a project management designation, I've been able to build a unique skillset. I believe in sharing knowledge with teams and leaders, giving them the support they need to grow. To me, it's about ensuring equal opportunities for leaders of all backgrounds; no hidden manuals or exclusive information. I've worked in almost all sectors of vet med and animal health, for start ups, established companies, not-for-profits, teams and organizations in North America, Europe, and Australia/NZ. Researching and supporting veterinary careers and leading as a fractional CEO have been incredible additions to the way I serve in the past few years.
